MEET THE TEAM
HI, I'M DR. EMILY
I earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA and completed a two-year residency in Naturopathic primary care. I relocated to my hometown of Cleveland, OH to help make natural medicine more accessible. I work with clients who are dissatisfied with their current state of health and want to make changes AND clients in a state of optimal health to ensure the continuation of wellness. Together we will discover the root cause of your symptoms and build a foundation of healthy habits. Individual recommendations will be drug-free and address the whole-body.
Since so many of us are over-worked and exhausted, I gravitate towards natural treatments that quickly take effect and are easy for you to implement. In an effort to address the whole person I also commonly recommend some form of hydrotherapy, bodywork such as craniosacral or myofascial release and some form of daily detox. During our lengthy appointments your priorities will be heard and discussed since I believe patient-centered care is the best care.
HI, I'M DENISE
I have had a life long interest in Natural Health, including nutrition and exercise, herbs and homeopathy, vitamins and supplements, and mind-body therapies such as Reiki, massage, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, and others to support and improve health. I have personally used various complementary therapies in addition to allopathic treatment to address my own serious health issues.
I am a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner passionate in the care of Aging Adults. Having provided care for over 30 years in settings, including home, outpatient, hospital, and nursing facilities. As a clinician, I am interested in teaching adults self empowering tools. Areas of focus include maintaining or improving cognition and function through mid-life and beyond and minimizing or decreasing the need for medications and medical interventions.
